Marvelous May
Beautiful flowers and blue skies abound... the next few weeks
bring so much to enjoy like Mother's Day and the excitement
of being in Indianapolis during the month of May
for the 500 Mile Race.
I know the month will be busy, but you won't want to miss taking
time to enjoy some of our new menu items at Peterson's. Check
out Chef Jeff's section in this eAnnouncements for details on our
new dishes. Also, please look for the article featuring Chef Jeff in
the May edition of Indianapolis Monthly Magazine along with the
list of the Indianapolis Monthly Magazine 22 Best Restaurants
proudly highlighting Peterson's.
Please enjoy the spring and we look
forward to seeing you soon.

I am excited to share with you my personal story in my new
autobiography entitled The Adopted Son. This book details the
journey of my life, through the past seventy years, developing
successful businesses and raising a family who are now involved
with all aspects of these companies. I describe how God has had
a powerful influence in helping me to persevere
and lead my success.
It was important for me to write this book because I wanted
to convey how success is not material wealth but the love of
a family, and knowing that you have left your mark in this world
by showing love and compassion. I hope this book inspires
people to never give up and try to overcome all obstacles.
The Adopted Son is available at Amazon.com,
Barnesandnoble.com, Borders.com, and Xlixbris.com.
Please know that all royalties will go to local charities.
Thanks for your continued support,
Joe Peterson

and here are a few new ones to enjoy...
Clos Erasmus - This is a Priorat from Spain which
consistently rates in the 95-100 point range. It is a wine
that has achieved high acclaim throughout the world.
Nit de Nin - Another Priorat from a winemaker from
Clos Erasmus' side project. Only three barrels were made.
We purchased six bottles and only have four still available.
Nickel & Nickel Copper Streak - Napa Cabernet is a wine that
ranks among the most consistent and high quality
producers in California.
Ramey Cabernet - Another Napa Cabernet from an up-
and-coming California winemaker.
