Start Your Engines
Our new menu items are creating excitement at Peterson's.
Our sensational summer style seafood dishes, as well as
our fish features, are changing weekly. Dry-aged rib-eye steaks
are back... these are in-house dry-aged and hand-cut in 12 oz.,
14 oz., or 16 oz. sizes. And for a true taste of summer, try our
strawberry soup, it's a great way to finish any meal and perfect
for the hot weather. So don't wait, start your engines
and come on over to check 'em out!

will be participating in several charity events including:
Horizons Classic Golf Outing in support of Horizons Urban Student Enrichment Program. Peterson's will be participating in this event co-chaired by WISH-TV's Debbie Knox and Anthony Calhoun.
This year's event will be held at Broadmoor Country Club on June 17th.
We will be donating a dinner package for six people to dine
with Colt's Head Coach, Jim Caldwell, as an auction
item to benefit the charity.
Riley Hospital's Daniel Ray Smith Golf Outing on July 31st.
This event will raise money for the Riley Children's Foundation
that exists to improve the health and well-being of Indiana's children.
Flavors of Indianapolis on August 22nd at the Indianapolis
Marriott Downtown. This is a unique, creative, culinary gala
that raises funds to support the American Liver Foundation.
This event features top chefs from the Indianapolis area,
proudly including our very own Chef Jeff Heaviland.
Participating in these types of events and giving back to the
community is what it is all about; we will continue our contributions
with your help. Thanks to all of you who have already purchased
my book, The Adopted Son. Donations of those royalties will help

and exciting cocktails in our lounge. We feature
their trend-setting cocktail creations nightly.

For quite some time, Peterson's has diligently returned
recyclables for re-use, rather than sending them to area
landfills. Glass, paper, cardboard, aluminum, tin, and
plastics are sorted by our staff daily for recycling.
Our new carry-out bags and containers will be
completely biodegradable within the next few weeks.
